Have a friend told me that her friend normaly will write those unhappy things on a piece of paper, then she will throw the paper into the toilet bowl and flush it away, and she will feel that all the unhappy things and problems will follow the flush away. Sounds like easy, but is there a way really can 'flush' away memory? And what if it can't be flush away? Hmm...she will wasted a piece of paper i think. In fact, don't know we can write all the unhappy staff on only a piece of paper. Sometimes something is just hard to describe by words.
Well, maybe that's her unique way. Everyone has their own way to forget unhappy things in their mind. For me, I'll hang out with friends, have a luxury meal, my concerntration will be on the bill when it's time to pay. Kinda work but a new problems will come when the month end comes. Sometimes will go for a movie, a good movie might make me think of it all the time and intend to watch it again. But what if the movie turn out suckie?

I listen to music by myself when I'm dissapointed with something (usually people). Metallica, Tori Amos, Jewel Kilcher and the Dixie Chicks are my picks. If I have space sometimes I'll practice martial arts forms by myself.

She is not only wasted the paper but going to make the toilet bowl stucked sooner or later. Heehee
I think that is a bad habit to throw papers in the toilet unless is the toilet-paper. Nanti tersumbat.

i can hear paris hilton song on the radio everyday till i got sick of it....she got any other song other than that sky are blue something something?
Oh yeah, and if Jet is in town, we'll dance to the backstreet boyz together. We're both really good and dancing to that song "backstreets back", but when you put us together, it's awesome blossom.
hum...good question..everytime i got mad or sad...it only last few min...because my attention always quickly move to something else without even knowing it.
Sometimes i draw my unhappy thing down or write them in my diary(like drawing ppl's faces and arrows of why) and have some laugh from my ridiculus pic.
Or usually i listen to music (any music), spill my unhappy things to a trusted friend, or laugh...(that was fun lol)
The most successful solution is...
watch KOREAN MOVIES or DRAMAS!!!
