25th June 2010, Taipei - Part 1

Today is adventure trip. I went to Yan Ming Shan, which i didn't get to go last trip. It's windy up there and the air is nice. Too bad the time is short because i woke up late. Only manage to visit two view point.

24th June 2010, Taipei

Today i woke up early. Took breakfast and head to Tsun Yat Sin Memorial Hall. It's a nice place to look around. They even have a shift change marching every hour.

Went to Taipei 101 later, which is near by, not a place for me to shop. Decided to go to the night market and come back to Taipei 101 again for the night view. Fortunately, the weather is good. Unfortunately, can't take a nice view with the camera.

23rd June 2010, Day 1

Keep myself awake till 6 in the morning as i do not want to miss any flight which i did once previously. Watched some movies to keep myself awake till the time to leave.

Leave my place, took a cab to the train station, from the train station to the bus station, then from the bus station to the airport, check in. I'm saved.

Have some breakfast, need to keep myself awake before aboard.

Finally in the departing hall. Just few more minutes and i'm on board.

Took some meal before i recharge. The plane was not fully pack.

Touch down, wait for lagguage. I hate it when i am the first one to check in, it made my lagguage came out almost the last one.

Bought a phone card before i leave airport so that i can make some calls. Took a bus called 'Flying Dog' to the hotel. It's a Dolmation, how cute.

Call everyone to report in. My friend told me the place i stay is a no no, oh gosh.....

Reach XiMenDing, checked in, went out to haunt for food and walk around. Ate some famous Taiwan food like Ah Zhong Mian Xian (the tele shop beside it was no longer there, how sad), ice-cream, smelly tofu before meet up with hemi's mom for dinner. I make sure my tummy still has space for it.

Went late dinner with hemi's mom, we ate Ma La Steamboat. I tried this before. Seems like they are dominating Taiwan's food industry. They are everywhere.

After dinner, we walked different path and say goodbye. I went back hotel.

22 June 2010 day before Taiwan

Did some final shopping, pack up stuff, solve some thing before i leave.

Challenge

Kobe's mom gave me a shopping list of what she need. I have no problem with most of it except the shoes.

Can't remember when is the last shopping but i think it would be ages ago.

Made serveral phone calls during the shopping day, to ensure i get the right thing.


p/s: I never choose so many female shoes ever in my life...that's tiring.

Retirement

Thanks for serving for 2 years since i bought you from Taiwan. You deserve a glory retirement and i deserve a trip to Taiwan to get a replacement....

My year 2008 resolution

Well, it's a bit late but i'm so tempted to do it suddenly. I hope i can meet up most of the cousins around the world especially those i haven't see them for longggggggggggggggggggggggggggg time.

I smells this year is the moment..........

Bryan got ill

Bryan was admitted to the hospital previous Monday due to high fever and some sickness which i not sure what is that. Anyhow he already discharged but need to take good rest. The doctor wrapped up his right hand. As I know, that is to avoid Bryan took out the things, which I am not sure what is that as well, on his little right hand.

This is the picture that my sister took with Bryan somewhere. Hope Bryan get well soon and grow up healthy.

Mr nail bump into my car wheel.

It's a fine sunny saturday afternoon but for me it's not fine. Someone told me that my car wheel goes flat. What? In such a rushing moment? No choice, gotto change it fast. If i'm not mistaken, i have change car wheels not more than five times since i got my driving licence. (Many times i wasn't alone) Not too bad, the spare one was still in good condition, only need to pump in some air.



After changed it, i found out there's unexpcted guest bump into my wheel and caused it flat. I guess it's been there quite long time, just that i didn't realise. Few days ago there's some sound came from somewhere around the car which now i realise it's the leaking air wheel caused the friction between the wheel and the ream.



Oh well, what will happen if i drive very fast in past few days......hmm......i can't imagine that. But at least now i know it's time to change some of wheels into new one as 2 of them are almost flat......lucky? Or unlucky?

Chinese New Year Special: Chinese New Year Eve

I have to work on Chinese New Year eve, even for half day. I'm afraid that i might late for the reunion dinner as previously i will be at home 1 or 2 days earlier. The traffic jam on the way back, especially during special festive season, was really the pain in the arse.

At the end, i'm still late for dinner, not because of the traffic jam. It was all the way clear till home. It just because someone has not do his shopping earlier. First time of my life, i'm late for the dinner, thanks to that someone. Sigh!!
